I've worked with many different types of Pine, and I gotta say that I really resonate with this particular one!!! The effects may be subtle, yet quite significant!!!
As with any adaptogen, consistency is key!!!
Following the recommended daily protocol is important to ensure you (and your spouse, lol) benefit from the effects! Then after 1 month, a 1-2 week integration is suggested to reboot the effects!

I've been using the Pine Pollen tincture from Shop Flower and Song for about a week now, and I'm genuinely impressed.
